At Exxcelor, we provide customized professional digital services. Because our work involves time, strategy, and resources, refunds are offered only under specific conditions.
A refund request can be made within 12 calendar days from the date of payment, but it will be reviewed and approved only if the issue is valid and caused by our team.
When a Refund May Be Approved
A refund may be considered if:

There is a major delay in starting or delivering the project due to our team.

We fail to deliver the services that were clearly agreed upon in the proposal or invoice.

The delay or issue is not caused by the client (such as late approvals, missing content, or changes in requirements).
If we confirm that the issue is genuinely from our side, we may provide a full or partial refund, depending on how much work has already been completed.
When Refunds Will Not Be Provided
Refunds will not be given in the following situations:

Change of mind after payment.

Delay caused by the client (late replies, approvals, or content submission).

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after agreed revisions are completed.

Services that have already been delivered.

Advertising spend, influencer payments, or any third-party costs.

Custom work that has already been started or completed.
How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund under this policy, you must send a formal email request within 12 days of your payment date.
Approved Refunds will be Credited within 10 business days.
